a. If you were to organize the 100th Year Anniversary of Little Prince Publication, what Little Prince-related activities would you organize and why?
Answer: I will organize the activity where in the people will be able to describe things which are different with what they used to see. I wanted to organize that because I wanted the people to understand that there are certain times that this thing is related to what kind of person we really are.

b. What adult quality does the Little Prince have? What child-like quality he has? Would you recommend this book to adults or to children? Why?
Answer: The adult quality that the Little Prince have is the one he always say “One never Knows!” it means he is aware that if something is properly cared it will go back to life again it is a thing like what adult often do to use again the things we already had used, while he’s child quality he has is the one when he doesn’t want to escape a question if he asked it already. Yes, I will recommend this book to them so that they will also be able to reflect it from their own experiences in true life.

c. What life story of the author Antoine de Saint Exupery is related to his novel?
Answer: The life story related in Antoine de Saint Exupery novel is the interaction of adults and young ones. And how will the opinion of adults affect the young ones.

d. What happened to the Little Prince at the end of the story?
Answer: The Little Prince then go back to his planet, he take care of his flower, and watched the stars ringing in the skies.

e. Why didn’t the pilot tell his companions about his true feelings when they finally found him? How is he related to our life when we conceal our true feelings from others?
Answer: He hid his true feelings when they finally found him because the pilot knew no one will do believe his statements. Like him sometimes us people conceal our feelings to others we are sometimes hypocrite that we don’t feel anything that is why sometimes at the end of the day we just say sorry to our own selves because we haven’t express our true feelings to other people.

f. What important message or truth about life can you get from the following lines?
1. “It is only with the heart that one can see rightly, what essentially is invisible to the eye.”
Answer: This message says what a true person possesses is seen in what is within not by what is seen in physical.
2. “I am responsible for what I have tamed”, said the fox
Answer: This message says that anything we started is our responsibility and not other’s because it is us who started it we ourselves must also be the one to finish it.
3. “Words are the source of misunderstanding.”
Answer: This message says that us people when something interesting about someone is talked about we pass this messages and this messages is added and minus until that someone being talked about will know and a fight will begin between the person being talked about and the person who was talking about that certain person.
4. “What makes the desert beautiful is that somewhere it hides its well.”
Answer: This message means that a place is more beautiful if the place is clean and properly arranged.
5. “I thought I was rich with one flower, that was unique in all the world; and all I had was a common rose.”
Answer: This message means about a person who was thinking he was already rich with one flower but then he realized that the flower which he owns is just a common flower.
6. “If you love a flower that lives on a star, it is sweet to look at the sky at night.”
Answer: This means when you love somebody far from you it is nice to watch in the stars at night because those person seems too near to you when you look in the star.

a. Who uttered the line, “One must require from each one the duty which each one can perform”? What is the real life significance of this line?
Answer: The person who spoke the line was the little prince. This line gives significance to a person that every time you assign a person a task you must only give a task which they can do and not force them if they can’t do it anymore.

b. What is the meaning of “It is much more difficult to judge oneself than to judge others”?
Answer: This means it is hard for us to judge ourselves because we cannot see ourselves and the only one who can see us is only God. Usually when we act or do something we are not thinking what we are doing if it is right or if it is wrong and sometimes we also do not know if one is already hurt because of what we did that is because we cannot see ourselves in what are we doing and what may this affect to other people.

c. What is meant by “Conceited people never hear anything but praise”? Does this kind of people actually suffer from this hearing problem?
Answer: This mean conceited people are the ones who are self-important, proud, and arrogant. This kind of people does not suffer from hearing problem because they don’t have hearing problem.

d. What is the irony of the line, “I am drinking so that I may forget”? Could you relate similar line that you hear from people?
Answer: The irony of this line is when people do things like doing the things that is making them shy to be able to solve their problems in shyness or being confused. This line is like the usual things I always hear to people I often go with, they always say “I am doing this stuffs so that I will be able to stood up and overcome my shyness to everyone.”

e. Why does the businessman want to become rich? How is the character related to real life people?
Answer: The businessman wanted to be rich so that he will be able to buy more stars. This character is related to a very busy person who dreamed to be very rich to buy everything he wanted.

f. What is meant by “There is nothing to understand Orders are orders”? What is its real life significance?
Answer: This means that there is nothing to understand on the given order all you must do is just follow it without any questions because orders are orders. It’s significance in true life is when us people sometimes asked “what order is this for?” it makes us sometimes do realize that other people maybe ordering this to us for a very deep reason that is why they don’t like to tell this to us.

g. How did the little prince perceive the character of the lamplighter? Do you agree with him? Why?
Answer: The little prince perceives that this lamplighter is very faithful with his orders. Yes I agree with him because every order that the little prince tell him he follows it right away.

h. What truth about adults does the geographer represent? How does he represent this truth about adults?
Answer: The geographer presents an adult who also sometimes cannot be understood because there are certain times we ask something or we exclaimed about something and they give us another reason which is different of what we expected. He represented an adult who really imagine that they fill a great deal of space.

i. How did the pilot describe planet Earth? How would you describe it?
Answer: The pilot describe the earth as not an ordinary planet, One can count III kings, 7,000 geographers, 900,000 businessmen, 7,500,000 tipplers, 311,000,000 conceited men, and 2,000,000,000 grownups. I describe the earth a very big circle where trees, plants, animals, and humans live.

j. The snake describes himself to be more powerful than the finger of a king. He also said that he speaks in riddles because he solves all of them. What made him say these statements?
Answer: The snake maybe said those statements because he thinks he was already powerful because most people who see a snake fear it very much because maybe they thought when the snake will be bitten by a snake they will die because its bite is poisonous.

k. What truth about life is reflected on chapter 18?
Answer: It reflects that in true life us people don’t have anything to hold on to that is why we are easily swayed.

a. How did the people’s reaction toward the boa constrictor drawing affect the pilot’s life? What does it tell you about how adults should treat children?
Answer: The people’s reaction about the drawing of boa constrictor affected the pilot’s life because he was discouraged to have the profession being a painter because of the people’s reaction about his drawings. It tells me that adult should treat the children the way the children will not be discourage in some of adults reactions cause they might bring this until they become old.

b. How did the pilot finally draw the exact sheep wanted by the little prince? What does it tell you?
Answer: The pilot finally draw the exact sheep wanted by the little prince by making a box with three wholes gives a thought to the prince that the sheep was inside the box. It tells me that the little prince only wants a sheep which is small like the usual size and face he sees.

c. Why nobody believed the Turkish astronomer when he talked about Asteroid B 612 for the first time? What does tell you about grownups?
Answer: Nobody believed him because at the first time he presented it he was in Turkish costume, and so nobody believed him. It tells me that grownups love figures, which means grownups judge a thing by its cost or it how it was cost while being made.

d. When do adults describe that a house is beautiful? What does this tell you?
Answer: Adults describe a house beautiful when they know that house cost a large amount of money. It tells me that maybe the grownups think it was a beautiful house because it cost a lot of money which gives them a thought that maybe the materials used to make that house are expensive that’s why its beautiful, maybe the things used in making that house is very portable, or maybe the house was properly furnished.

e. What are baobabs? What aspect of life do they reflect?
Answers: Baobabs are trees as big as castles. The aspect of life that they do reflect is when we are in the dark side in life we must be awaken to change the wrong into what is really right.

f. How did the little prince react when the pilot replied, “matters of great consequences”? Why did the little prince react that way?
Answer: The little prince reacted angrily that he said “You just talk like grownups!”. The little prince reacted that way because he always did thought that grownups are always like that whenever he says something, grownups give another opinion which is liberated in what he thinks.

g. What is meant by “It is such a secret place, the land of tears”?
Answer: It means that he was in a place which he don’t understand if he was only in Earth, in the star, or in other planet that he doesn’t have something to eat or even to drink all he have is his tools, the little prince with him, and the destroyed engine.

h. What aspect of life is reflected by “volcanoes”?
Answer: The aspect of life reflected by volcanoes is if when one is properly arrange or fix, positively will be able to work well again.
